Team Own HavasuEmail Me
I’ve been involved in real estate for well over 1/2 of my life, and through that time we continued to buy, sell, and own properties throughout the USA.
I have been involved with a multitude of activities, from multimillion dollar “fixer-uppers” to modest income properties. I’ve helped negotiate 1031 exchange transactions, worked with clients to use self-directed IRAs to purchase real estate, and many more “out of the ordinary” real estate contracts, so I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate for my clients.
We’re known by clients and colleagues alike for tenacity, perseverance, honesty and fairness, please know that you, too, will receive the same quick, timely response to your needs. My telephone and email are always at hand, and my background in technology allows us to stay a step ahead of the competition to help you find or sell your home. I am proud to say that ongoing referrals are a staple in our business and I hope you will feel comfortable recommending me to others as well. My specialty is contract negotiations, so if you are looking to buy or sell, or know someone who does, I will create a plan to accomplish your goals! Give me a call today, and I'll work to make your dreams a reality!
I was raised in Northern California and moved to Southern California where I met and married my wife of 35 years Jean who is a licensed Realtor in CA and assists me in our business, it’s like getting 2 for the price of one.
Some how we got hooked on the TV series Breaking Bad, and later on Better Call Saul. Many of my friends and clients would tell others “You Better Call Paul”, and so my Motto was born! Easy to remember - right? It also makes it easy to spot my Home For Sale Signs, & my business cards, too!
When not working, we enjoy so many of the activities Lake Havasu has to offer. Boating, paddle boarding, golfing, off roading, hiking, exploring, motorcycling, RVing, flying, and meeting new people with similar interests are just a few of our favorite things… as they say in Lake Havasu “Play Like You Mean It!”
